We collect only what is needed to respond to you:

  • Information you give us. When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, work email address, company, phone number, the service you are interested in and your message. If you email or call us, we receive the details you share.
  • Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of the request, for security and reliability.

We do not ask for payment details, government identity numbers or sensitive personal data through this website.

3. How we use your information

  • To reply to your enquiry and discuss our services.
  • To prepare proposals and follow up on the conversation you started.
  • To keep the website secure, diagnose problems and prevent misuse.
  • To meet legal and accounting obligations where they apply.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

4. How the enquiry form works

When you submit the form, your details are sent through FormSubmit, a form-handling service, which delivers them to our email inbox. FormSubmit acts as a processor on our behalf. By submitting the form you consent to this processing for the purpose of answering your enquiry.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

6. Third-party services

To run the website we use a small number of third-party services that may receive limited technical data such as your IP address:

  • GoDaddy: web hosting.
  • GitHub: stores and deploys the website's source files. It does not receive visitor data.
  • Google Fonts: serves the website's typefaces, which are requested from Google's servers when a page loads.
  • FormSubmit: delivers enquiry form submissions, as described above.

These providers have their own privacy policies and may process data outside India.

7. Sharing your information

We share personal information only with the service providers listed above, with professional advisers where needed, or when the law requires it. We do not share your enquiry with other companies for their marketing.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you, to carry out any work we agree and to keep reasonable business and legal records. After that we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and enquiries go to a restricted business mailbox. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

10. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable law, you can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your information; and
  • withdraw your consent to our processing at any time.

11. Children

Our services are for businesses. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated policy.
